Terms and Refund Policy

To secure a booking and reserve a date on our calendar, a minimum of 50% of the total cost is required as a retainer/deposit for events exceeding $500. For events costing less than $500, full payment is necessary to confirm the booking and reserve the date. 

The retainer/deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be applied to a new event date in case of unforeseen circumstances. The final payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the event setup. 

Please note, there are no refunds as the payments/retainers/deposits are allocated for purchasing supplies specific to your event.
