For events under $500 full payment is required to secure the date. Payment is non-refundable as it will be used to purchase supplies for your event.

For events over $500, a minimum  50% down payment is required at time of booking to secure the date.  All down payments are non-refundable as it is used to purchase supplies for your event.

Yes, we offer event planning to ensure that every aspect of your event is handled with care and attention to detail.

Indeed, we provide outdoor setups. However, we are not liable for any weather conditions that might impact the visual appeal of the display. Exposure to direct sunlight, wind, and rain can significantly damage balloon arrangements.
