Our team is dedicated to creating stunning displays for every event. However, at times, Mother Nature may have other ideas. Direct sunlight, wind, and rain can impact the visual appeal of your balloon arrangement. While we will do everything that we can to secure/protect your display, we are not liable for the effects of weather conditions.

Outdoor Display Policy
To secure a booking and reserve a date on our calendar, a minimum of 50% of the total cost is required as a retainer/deposit for events exceeding $500. For events costing less than $500, full payment is necessary to confirm the booking and reserve the date.
The retainer/deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be applied to a new event date in case of unforeseen circumstances. The final payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the event setup.
Please note, there are no refunds as the payments/retainers/deposits are allocated for purchasing supplies specific to your event.
